To prevent delays in shipping, we process orders immediately after they are placed.

Cancellation before processing

Orders can only be canceled or modified if they have not yet been processed.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@ecosoapz.com and include your order number.

After processing or shipping

Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

However, after receiving your order, you may still withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer law and our Return & Refund Policy (available via the footer of our website).
