Delivery & Shipping Policy
At ecoSOAPZ, we make sustainable cleaning simple – and that includes our delivery process.
We ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, using reliable carriers and packaging that is designed to be completely plastic-free. Whenever possible, your order will fit through the mailbox.
Orders within the EU do not incur import or customs fees.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM, during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
While we always dispatch your order on time, the final delivery speed depends on the local carrier.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times may vary.
You will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace link as soon as your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days
Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden, Spain: 3–7 business days
(Delivery times may vary depending on local postal services and seasonal delays.)

Depending on your location and the weight of your order, we automatically select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping method.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Packaging
All ecoSOAPZ products are packed using packaging that is designed to be plastic-free.
Most orders fit through the mailbox, meaning you don’t need to stay home for delivery and fewer delivery miles are required per shipment.
Delays & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link to follow its journey.
If delivery takes longer than expected, please check the tracking information first - in most cases, your package is simply still on its way.
After your order has been dispatched, ecoSOAPZ has no influence over carrier delays.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Incorrect address details may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery.
