Return & Refund Policy
At ecoSOAPZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something does not meet your expectations, you can make use of our return policy in accordance with the EU statutory cooling-off period (14 days).
Returns
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.
- The product must be returned unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, products with a broken seal (such as opened packs of laundry or dishwasher strips) cannot be returned.
Return Procedure
- Register your return by emailing shop@ecosoapz.com with your order number.
- You will receive detailed return instructions from us.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. an incorrect or damaged product).
- The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it has been successfully delivered back to us.
Refunds
- Once we have received and inspected the returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days using the same payment method as your original order.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded, unless the entire order is returned within the statutory cooling-off period.
- For damaged or incomplete returns, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount for any loss in value.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different product, please return your order and place a new order through our webshop.
